Fulfillment Policy
At CCBL, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery Policy
At CCBL, we sell the opportunity to play in our summer baseball league. We deliver our services to clients via the ability to participate in our scheduled games and practices.
Refunds
We may provide a refund based on timing of cancelation but will be determined by the CCBL and its’ board.
Exceptions
If we have not provided you uniforms, team assignment or anything other information related to the current season, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made there will be no cancellations with our written request by the client and approval of the Board of Directors.
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to fdelaney@CCBL.co stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
